A Warm and Inspiring Look at Our School Program
Our recent evaluation of the ZWIS Griggs program offered a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the strengths of our school community. Although the visit was conducted online, it was still clear that the purpose-built campus continues to provide students with a comfortable, engaging, and motivating environment.
Classrooms are thoughtfully arranged with flexible seating that supports different learning styles and lesson formats. Teachers make full use of modern instructional equipment, ensuring lessons are dynamic and interactive. Bright displays and student work line the classroom and hallway walls, creating a vibrant atmosphere where learners feel proud of what they accomplish. Even through a virtual lens, it was evident that the school maintains high standards and offers a variety of facilities that students truly enjoy. Altogether, the program radiates warmth, belonging, and a strong sense of family.
Philosophy and Objectives: Key Values in Action
The Griggs Key Values continue to guide daily life across the program. Students shared that they genuinely enjoy their classes and look forward to community-building events like International Day. The program is deeply student-centered, fostering a respectful and supportive culture where learners feel encouraged to take part in their education.
Teachers also expressed that they feel well supported by the leadership team, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment. Strategic efforts to increase enrolment have been successful, with new students joining from the middle school—an encouraging sign of growing family confidence and satisfaction. Parent feedback remains overwhelmingly positive, reflecting a strong relationship between home and school.

Students progress through the three-year curriculum that culminates in the Griggs high school diploma, gaining both academic knowledge and essential skills. Expanded course offerings now give learners greater freedom to explore their interests and align their studies with future goals.
During the observation, students demonstrated solid English proficiency and appeared confident, engaged, and well integrated into lessons. Teachers showed deep expertise in their subjects, and students commented on how much they enjoy their classes—an indication of effective instruction and strong teacher-student relationships.
