Every insight is invaluable, and every student has gained unique understanding and personal reflections from this study tour.

Discover the summer camp experience through the eyes of our students as they share their highlights, reflections, and unforgettable memories below.

The three-week California study tour was fulfilling and deeply meaningful for me. From San Diego campus classes and SeaWorld exploration, to city walks in Los Angeles and visits to prestigious universities in San Francisco, I immersed myself in American-style courses while visiting UC schools and Stanford University up close, experiencing overseas academic atmospheres firsthand. Team activities such as beach cycling and hiking strengthened my collaboration and leadership skills. Exposure to different cultures along the way helped me break out of fixed mindsets and broaden my international perspective. This journey gave me clear academic goals and a greater sense of certainty about my future.

——Laura 高同学

Through these three weeks in the United States, I really enjoyed all kinds of outdoor activities. What impressed me most were the Pacific beach cycling, the roller coasters at amusement parks, Universal Studios, and the three super roller coasters at WaterWorld. Also, we checked out many famous landmarks. Every morning, the school held about three hours of leadership classes, which taught me many things I will need in society later, such as how to write a cover letter to apply for a job. I have truly grown through this experience.

This three-week study and campus-visit trip to the U.S. included two weeks of leadership courses at the University of San Diego. We had classes in the morning, team activities and field research in the afternoon, and cultural experiences on weekends—the schedule was full but not exhausting. During the courses, I improved my cross-cultural communication skills and learned to express my opinions more actively in diverse groups. The teachers were experienced and the classes were highly interactive, and the staff were friendly, which helped me adapt quickly to the local environment.

In the last week, we visited several U.S. universities and experienced different campus atmospheres and facilities. Overall, this experience not only enhanced my English application skills but also gave me a more intuitive understanding of American education. The trip was enjoyable and fruitful—a memorable period of growth.

The three-week California study tour has concluded successfully. We visited top universities including UC San Diego, UC Berkeley, and Stanford, experiencing the academic atmosphere of overseas institutions up close; we walked along Pacific beaches and the Golden Gate Bridge, enjoying the unique natural scenery of the West Coast. Urban exploration, amusement park visits, and classroom learning intertwined to broaden my horizons. This journey not only offered beautiful sights but also strengthened my determination to pursue further studies overseas.

——Amon

I gained a lot from this summer school, in every aspect. First, after a long flight we arrived in Los Angeles and then took a bus to San Diego. The teachers were very warm. Although the students were not very open at first, over time we became familiar and built mutual trust, which enhanced our social and communication skills. Then the two weeks of courses taught us the importance of teamwork. The afternoon and evening activities were also exciting, giving us ample relaxation while keeping us physically active. In the following week, we left San Diego and visited San Francisco and Los Angeles for campus visits and sightseeing, learning about the environments and characteristics of various universities. The leisure time we had was also memorable. Overall, this trip was unique and left a deep impression on me.

——Kevin 汪同学

This California study tour was rich and fulfilling. Beyond classroom learning, we visited several top universities and felt the cultural atmosphere of different campuses; we traveled through Old Town, Silicon Valley, and Hollywood, experiencing local cultural characteristics. The trips to SeaWorld and Universal Studios were full of joy, and walking through America Plaza and Fisherman's Wharf let us truly appreciate multiculturalism. What we saw and heard along the way continually inspired me to think and gave me a clearer plan for my future study abroad path.

——Zoe

This three-week summer school experience felt quite fresh overall. The first two weeks at the school gave me a preliminary sense of American university class rhythms and campus atmosphere. The interactions between teachers and students felt quite open, and I also experienced local life and customs. The campus visits in the latter half allowed me to see the environments and characteristics of several different schools. Overall, it broadened my horizons. Although many impressions were still at a surface level, it gave me a vague concept of future study abroad life. In general, it was a good experience.

——Jason

During this nearly one-month summer school life, I feel I gained a lot. I saw many sights I had never seen before, experienced the history and culture of other countries, and enjoyed the fun of integrating into overseas life. We visited many schools, which helped me set a general direction for my ideal university. In the process of adapting to life abroad, I became increasingly bold in communicating with foreigners and improved my English a bit. We also took leadership courses and learned to collaborate and communicate with others to complete tasks together. All in all, it was a very meaningful experience.

——Joseph

This summer, I visited many schools in California. From UCSD, UCLA to Stanford and Berkeley, each school had a unique atmosphere. Public universities are free and inclusive with strong academic vibes, while private colleges are refined and warm with an emphasis on personalized education. These close-up campus visits let me truly feel the learning pace and campus culture of top schools and see the spirit of outstanding students. This experience clarified my academic goals and freed me from being limited to textbooks. I will work steadily toward my ideal institution.

——Mark

This summer camp experience has become a precious treasure in the students’ journey of growth. Classroom critical thinking, cross-border friendships, and the courage to challenge themselves have left lasting marks on their growth. What they have seen and heard has shaped their thoughts and insights, inspiring them to move forward with new gains and embrace future opportunities and challenges with a broader vision.
