On September 1, the founding opening ceremony of Jingying International Academy (JIA) was held at the Learning Center of the teaching building, located within the Hainan Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone. More than 50 representatives from various parties, along with all faculty and students, witnessed this milestone moment—from a blueprint on paper to a physical campus, JIA officially set sail.

The entire ceremony was hosted bilingually in Chinese and English, supplemented by real-time subtitle translation, highlighting the school's international positioning of "mutual learning between Chinese and foreign education."

Mr. Shijie Li, Executive President of Jingying Group, reviewed the Group's 38 years of educational heritage and put forward three expectations: staying true to the right direction, building the school on quality, and uniting all efforts. Ms. Jeannie Leiterman, Vice Principal and Registrar of Griggs International Academy (USA), Mr. Harry Lee, Chairman and CEO of Griggs China, Mr. Joe Yan, Director and COO of Griggs China, Ms Lisa Kerr, Academic Director of Griggs China, and Ms Amy Song, Marketing Director of Griggs China, expressed their commitment to empowering JIA with global educational resources and their expectations for it to become a global flagship school. Principal Wenquan Du took "All Rivers Flow to the Sea, the Tide Rises in the East" as his theme and elaborated on the educational philosophy centered on "a shared future, igniting and awakening, and boundless growth." His credo that "education is not about filling a vessel, but about igniting a flame" drew applause from the entire audience. Representatives of teachers, students, and parents spoke in turn, conveying the professional commitment of educators, the aspirations of students, and the shared voice of family-school collaboration, together building a collective force for education.

During the plaque unveiling segment, witnessed by Group leaders, Professor Chuanming Liu who inscribed the school name, representatives of Chinese and foreign universities and research institutions within the International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, and partner representatives from various industries, the dual school plaques of Lingshui Jingying Foreign Language School and Lingshui Jingying Foreign Language Senior High School were unveiled simultaneously, marking the official establishment of the school as an educational entity. The Griggs authorization ceremony followed, injecting an international curriculum system and academic support into the school. The dual-school structure and curriculum authorization together established the school's operational framework, laying a solid foundation for the goal of "boundless growth."

The founding cohort of students will begin their journey of exploration on this campus, carrying with them the confidence born of converging rivers as they set out toward vast mountains and seas. From this day forward, JIA is rooted in the Hainan Free Trade Port, facing the world, and setting sail.

As autumn begins, Shanghai Hongrun Boyuan School grandly held its opening ceremony and scholarship awards gala for the new semester, with all faculty, students, and parents gathered together.

The ceremony opened with a lively and enthusiastic display of student performances, including singing, dancing, and instrumental music. The new teacher team was introduced, and representatives of both faculty and students delivered speeches, conveying the original aspirations of education and reflections on growth.

The awards segment recognized a diverse range of honors: the "Wenhui Scholarship," which focuses on encouraging growth through the learning process, as well as the Founder's Award, Gold Award, Silver Award, and other academic achievement awards at various levels. Individual honors in physical exercise, social practice, and reading, along with class collective awards, were also presented. The S-level club Nice2cu, with its public welfare project accompanying children with autism, won the CTB National First Prize and took to the Harvard stage, demonstrating the students' sense of social responsibility.

During the ceremony, the school expressed gratitude to nearly twenty parent representatives, thanking them for their steadfast support in connecting social resources and supporting activities such as Career Exploration Week.

Principal Bowen offered words of encouragement to the students: keep the world in mind while staying rooted in China, make good use of AI while maintaining independent thinking, embrace setbacks, and treat others with tolerance. He also encouraged teachers to see beyond scores and recognize the complete, living child behind every number.

On August 31, the opening ceremony for the 2026-2027 academic year at Guangzhou Zhongshan Whampoa International School for Hong Kong and Macao Students (ZWIS) was grandly held, with all faculty and students gathered together under the theme "Riding the Wind of the Year of the Horse, Answering the Call of Youth" to usher in the new school year.

The ceremony opened with trilingual emceeing in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, showcasing the school's "biliterate and trilingual" character. A majestic Mongolian dance performance beat the war drum for the new academic year, while a solemn flag-raising ceremony sent the entire school community forth with firm conviction.

The principal team reviewed the fruitful achievements of the past year in academics, arts and culture, and university admissions, encouraging faculty and students to break through boldly in the spirit of "galloping steeds," and pledged to further optimize teaching support and student life services in the new semester. The themed scroll was unfurled and unveiled amid a countdown, symbolizing that growth and glory will be recorded one by one.

The faculty-student chorus of "My Love" conveyed warm blessings, and new teachers shared their messages in three languages, pledging to prepare lessons with dedication and accompany students with sincerity, while encouraging students to improve each day and live up to their youth. Student representatives also took the stage to voice their determination and goals for the new semester.

The school specially invited Mr. Jingliang Zheng, an education advisor for the Greater Bay Area, to support students' holistic development, and grandly presented multiple scholarships recognizing the ten cultivation goals, values, academic excellence, and talent, commending outstanding role models. At the opening banquet, a roasted suckling pig carried the best wishes of the school parent committee.
